Go to getnaturefix.com/track-order and enter your order number and email address. You’ll also receive an automatic tracking confirmation email once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received a tracking email after 2 business days, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

All enquiries receive a response within 1 business day, Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM. Messages sent on weekends or public holidays are answered the next business day. Including your order number and selecting the correct topic in the form helps us respond faster.

We accept returns of unused, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, fill in the form above with your order number and select “Returns or refunds” as the topic. Full details are at getnaturefix.com/refund_returns.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that window, the order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us immediately using the form above with your order number — select “Cancel or modify an order” as the topic so it’s routed to the right team right away.
