Introduction
We want you to be completely satisfied with your NatureFix purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please review the policy below. Refund requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
Key Timeframe
All refund or return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
Product must be in original, sealed, and unopened condition
Product must not be used, damaged, or tampered with
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Product must be purchased directly from www.getnaturefix.com
Products bought from third-party sellers must be returned to the respective seller.
2. Non-Refundable Items & Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Requests submitted after 15 days
Final sale, clearance, or promotional bundle items
Gift cards or digital products
Original shipping fees (unless due to our error)
Exception — Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement, even if opened.
You must contact us within 15 days of delivery with photo proof.
3. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps:
- Email refund@getnaturefix.com with subject:
“Refund Request – [Your Order Number]” - Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
- Our team will respond within 3 business days
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA number
- Ship the product using a trackable courier
(Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless it’s our error) - Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
4. Refund Processing
Unopened product: Full refund (excluding shipping)
Damaged/incorrect item: Full refund including shipping or replacement
Lost shipment: Full refund or reshipment after confirmation
Opened product (non-defective): Not eligible
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You must follow the return process after delivery.

7. International Returns
For international customers:
Same 15-day policy applies
Return shipping and customs charges are your responsibility
Use a tracked shipping method
Refunds may take longer due to international processing
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly recommend contacting us before initiating a chargeback.
We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
